La educación es uno de los pilares fundamentales de la sociedad. Los niños pasan gran parte del tiempo desarrollándose, capacitándose y formándose para la construcción de su futuro, y, si bien es cierto que la familia es la semilla de los valores, es en los centros educativos donde se deberían consolidar estos fundamentos. 

En un país, la educación contribuye a la productividad en todos los ámbitos sociales; de allí la importancia de invertir fuerzas, recursos y energía en este sector. La equidad e igualdad de oportunidades para todos es un bien común, “es un bien social que hace líderes a los seres humanos”, esto lo expresa OCDE (Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos).

En los años que llevamos trabajando en la búsqueda de líderes que con sus historias e iniciativas trabajan para cambiar el mundo, hemos reafirmado la importancia que existe en torno a la educación. Estas mujeres lo entendieron y decidieron tomar acción para contribuir con niños, jóvenes y adultos.
